Last chance this year to train with my Sensei, Tony Christian. More a lecture and points on progressing in the martial arts than a training session. This was at Garswood Goju Ryu. Central point, Budo, the importance of the mind and philosophy. Illustrated by the contrast in his two most influencial teachers, Spires and Chinen.
Afterwards , everyone went off for a buffet supper at The Simms.
